About the Founder
Aparna Ganguly, Founder and Director of Zeniko Creatives Art Academy (ZCAA), established the academy in 2015, beginning by teaching her daughter and two of her friends. What started as a small initiative has since grown into Singapore’s only affiliated Fine Arts Examination Centre, nurturing students from foundational levels to diploma programs.Aparna holds a design background from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), India) and brings over 20 years of experience across fashion, retail, and creative education. Her professional journey includes leading the Accessories Division at Bata India and Singapore, and serving as a lecturer for Teesside University and the University of Sunderland programs at MDIS Singapore.At ZCAA, Aparna combines her industry knowledge with her passion for teaching, guiding students in discovering their creative voice, developing strong portfolios, and pursuing further studies in the arts. Beyond education, she has championed social impact through initiatives such as the ZCAA AVGMT Art Competition, fostering creativity, volunteerism, and charitable giving.Aparna continues to shape Singapore’s creative education landscape, inspiring students, mentoring teachers, and building a future where art, education, and social impact meet.
Diploma in Fine Arts
Established in 2015, Zeniko Creatives Art Academy (ZCAA) is dedicated to nurturing creativity and self-expression in both children and adults. What began with three students has grown into a thriving academy that blends structured learning with the joy of art.
We teach a wide range of mediums—oil pastels, pencil shading, acrylics, watercolour, and oil painting—through a step-by-step curriculum that develops skills from the basics of sketching to advanced painting techniques. Our programs welcome learners of all ages, whether beginners exploring art or advanced students preparing for higher studies.
ZCAA is proud to be Singapore’s only affiliated Fine Arts Examination Centre of Bangiya Sangeet Parishad, India, recognized by Rabindra Bharati University. Through this affiliation, students can pursue structured examinations leading to certificates and a Diploma in Fine Arts. These internationally recognized qualifications validate artistic growth and support pathways into advanced education and creative careers.
